The success of an event like the Australian Machine Quilting Festival can be utilised by everyone! We are pleased to be able to offer some further opportunities to promote your businesses, products and services to the wider community.

Below is a list of amazing offers that are available to purchase. Take this chance to be a part of this inaugural event and specifically target your chosen market of domestic and longarm machine quilters as well as all quilters in general!

Advertising in our Show Program.

This program will be available to download from mid July from the website to anyone that visits. It will also be printed as a hard copy from mid August for local shops to have & promote to their customers and for anyone that is unable to access the internet. Each & every registered student will recieve a copy in their registration bags and every visitor to the public show will recieve a copy on entry. The potential to reach a large number of machine quilters is a certainty.

Advertising copy needs to be supplied as soon as possible, complete and as a pdf. You can supply in colour for the online show program. The printed program will only be in Black & White, so be aware of your design to suit. The program will be A4 in size. The deadline for printed programs is July 31st 2010.

Registration Bags:

Every registered student will receive a lovely laptop style bag that will include lots of goodies. Those that purchase an attendee package also receive this bag plus more....

You can be included either with your logo on the outside of the bag for EVERYONE to see as this bag is carried by students during the event & then for ever more afterwards or you can utilise the option to insert one of your flyers, brochures, business card or a discount voucher to reach students and encourage them to shop with you.

 Bag Inclusions

You may wish to have a flyer, business card and/or discount voucher added to the bag to reach students to encourage them to shop with you. The cost of this option is $50 (inc GST) and you would need to provide us with the inclusions no later than 10th September.

Another opportunity you may like to consider is to include product in the Registration Bags and/or Attendee Packages. This can be organised at no cost to you except to supply sufficient product to be included in either every Registration Bag or just the Attendee Packages. This is ideal for those that have products with their business name on them or sample sized items that are useful and also advertise your products. Sample spools of thread, rulers, patterns, tape measures, gadgets etc would be a fantastic addition to the bags. We have three pattern designers that have taken advantage of this opportunity and are donating a pattern, each valued around $15, to be included in every Attendee Package.

Quick Quarter Spotlight Demonstrations

AMQF is pleased to provide an opportunity for you to demonstrate your product to the public on the main stage in the vendor mall & quilt show!

The Main Stage area is available to current AMQF sponsors, vendors and teachers for a fee of $30 for a 15-20 minute presentation in the vendor mall & quilt show area with seating for the public. The stage will have audio & a table available for use. The program of demonstrations will be published in our Show Program that all attendees will receive at the door or in their registration goodie bags.

We would like to invite you to share a favourite technique or showcase a new product that you feel would benefit attendees.

The AMQF 2010 Quick Quarter spotlight demonstrations will offer you

• The main stage to promote a new product or technique
• Table & lectern
• Screen and hook-ups so that you can provide your own laptop and LCD projector if desired
• The cost is only $30 per demo

Spotlight demos will be 15-20 minutes in length at 1/2 hour intervals.

• Saturday 10am-5pm
• Sunday 10am-5pm
• Monday 10am-3pm
